• Signed paperbacks are individually signed by Hazel Applebee. Because of the personalisation, each book is unique.

• Merchandise (such as mugs, tote bags, and stationery) is sourced through trusted suppliers.

• Limited-edition or pre-order items will have shipping dates clearly marked on the product page.

 

Pricing & Currency

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

• International buyers are welcome. Currency conversion and any import duties/taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Payment

• Payments are processed securely via our payment provider (Shopify/PayPal/Stripe).

• Your financial details are never stored on this site.

 

Shipping

• Orders are shipped from Australia using Australia Post. Please allow 7–14 business days within Australia, and 3–6 weeks for international delivery.

• Tracking information will be provided where available.

• Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

• Each signed book is hand-signed by Hazel Applebee. Personalised inscriptions are available only if offered at checkout.

• Because of the custom nature of signed books, processing may take an additional 5–7 business days.
