Signed Paperbacks & Merchandise

• Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described.

• Change of mind returns are not available for signed paperbacks, as each is personalised and cannot be resold.

• Merchandise (e.g. mugs, totes) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unused, in original condition, and at your cost for return shipping.

 

Digital Products (if applicable)

• Occasionally, Hazel Applebee may offer downloadable extras (bonus chapters, digital artwork, reading guides).

• Due to their instant-delivery nature, digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

• Please include your order number, photos (if damaged), and description of the issue.

• If eligible, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
